Candidates must exhibit leadership, store knowledge and communicative skills in order to be considered for this role.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

00 / hour Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point of Sale and transaction devices Deliver clean, friendly and in-stock Serve as cashier when needed Enforce Company policies and procedures in absence of store management Perform close duties Assign and inspect elements of the shift duty list Reconcile shift reports Perform other duties as required and/or assigned Must be able to function in a fast paced work environment Must be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Walking, typing, sitting, climbing, lifting, or reading abilities necessary to complete essential tasks The Store Team Lead typically works 40 hours per week.
The position requires that the employee be available mornings, evenings and overnight.
