shoveling; sweeping; lifting (50 lbs), pushing, and pulling various objects.
Willingness to learn to operate various equipment, such as a front-end loader, skid steer, backhoe, etc.
Responsibilities Ensures a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task Operates plant equipment to include:
conveyors, front end loader, skid steer, overhead shaker, air dump rail cars and other duties as needed for production Assist in unloading trains Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.
Performs routine inspections and maintenance on equipment; report defects and repairs to maintenance personnel Assists with other maintenance as needed including welding and fabrication Observe visual and auditory signals during operation Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be safety-oriented and exhibit safe work habits Ability to write legibly Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Able to operate heavy equipment to include 980K front end loader and skid steer Must be able to have a flexible work schedule, including occasional weekend work and overtime Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency Knowledge of welding and fabrication preferred Must have valid Driver's License Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen Minimum Education and Experience Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities is preferred Previous experience working with conveyors preferred Physical Requirements & Conditions Be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

The offered base hourly compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience.

The posted range for this role represents the total reasonable pay range and does not solely represent a hiring range.
